The price of the plots does not include the project, fees for obtaining permits, or the already-paid municipal contribution. These are negotiated separately between the buyer and the seller. The two connected plots are sold exclusively as a single unit. The third independent plot (460 m²) is not included in this building permit or any related documentation. A discount applies to the listed price only if all three parcels are purchased together. The starting price for all plots is listed in the advertisement.
